Does the count include the start and end dates?
By default it counts the days from the start date up to the end date, not including the end date, which is how durations are usually measured (Monday to Tuesday is 1 day). Tick "Include end date" to count both.
What counts as a business day?
Monday through Friday. Public holidays are not subtracted because they differ by country and state, so remove them yourself if needed.
